Frequently Asked Questions

We offer at home ketamine to maintain effects of Ketamine infusions. The medication prescribed is NOT SPRIVATO but rather an unaltered form of Ketamine. And Ketamine infusions will need to be regularly completed at least every 6 months to continue the at home maintenance use. The price varies for a month supply of $60-$100 (WMKCs does not receive money for a prescription and patients pay pharmacy separate from infusions.)

At this time, we still require payment out of pocket as insurance coverage isn't readily available. 

When more wide-spread, consistent insurance coverage is available we will make claims through accepted insurance providers. Our team is staying updated on the most recent developments in this area in order to ensure that our services are as available as possible. Your medical records must be sent over to our office before a first appointment can be officially scheduled. 

• Release of health information forms are available under Forms. 
• Review all forms under documents and policies, and review your type of diagnoses to be treated by selecting either the mental or pain packet.

After that contact the office with any questions and to confirm receipt of medical records. Once that is confirmed we can continue with scheduling your first infusion.
